Cancellation and other Policies

Due to the historic nature of our building, and for the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking or incense/candle burning in any of our guest rooms.

Due to our small size, we are unable to accommodate children and/or pets in the Bed and Breakfast. We can, however, accommodate both in our Cottage.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged one nights stay. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged full stay unless the room(s) can be re-booked at same rate and terms. Certain special events such as Holidays have 30 day cancellation requirements that will be outlined in your confirmation letter.

A credit card must be included with the reservation request in order for your reservation to be confirmed. No charges will be made to your credit card until check-in. This information is used only to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will only be charged for cancellation policy violations and no-shows.

Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy for the Bed and Breakfast and we cannot accommodate more than 2 guests per room. Cottage rates are based on 1-4 guests with a minimal additional charge for guests in excess of 4. (6 guests maximum in the cottage)
